Shipping & Return Policies!

Updated November 21, 2021: Update for potential shipping delays.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, please continue to expect shipping delays even once your parcel is shipped. 

Currently shipping about once a week due to a broken ankle (and two babies under 2)! Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Shipping information: 

We ship via Canada Post unless FedEx is selected. 

Lettermail (no tracking number) will be shipped within Canada exactly as is - a stamp, no tracking number.

Ateller Nekozuki is not responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Canada Post/FedEx
  • Wrong addresses given by customers (if you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us before shipment to correct! Include your order number in the subject line and send the email to: katie@ateliernekozuki.com
  • Damage to orders by postal service/carrier service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
Shipping options with tracking include CAD$100 insurance. 

 

Free shipping (over $100CAD within Canada/USA, $200 Internationally) will be shipped with tracking number.

Costs for shipping are calculated based on weight - you can preview shipping costs in your cart for your order!  

International purchasers are responsible for any taxes/duties assessed by their countries on their purchase.

Canadian Orders

Atelier Nekozuki uses Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

USA Orders

Atelier Nekozuki uses Canada Post to ship your order through Small Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

International Orders

Atelier Nekozuki uses Canada Post to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.


Returns/exchanges
We unfortunately do not except returns or exchanges at this time. However, please email us at katie@ateliernekozuki.com for any concerns you may have regarding your order. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
